English translation
The consignee shall bear the obligations arising from the contract of carriage if he accepts them expressly or implicitly. In particular, the consignee's demand for delivery of the thing pursuant to the transport document, or his issuance, after receiving that document, of instructions relating to it, shall constitute implicit acceptance.

يتحمل المرسل اليه الالتزامات الناشئة عن عقد النقل إذا قبلها صراحة أو ضمنا.
ويعتبر قبولا ضمنيا بوجه خاص مطالبة المرسل اليه بتسليم الشيء بموجب وثيقة
