English translation
1 - If the thing is lost or damaged without its value being stated in the transport document, compensation shall be assessed on the basis of the actual value of what was lost or damaged at the destination and on the day specified for it, according to the prevailing market price. ١- إذا ضاع الشيء او تلف دون ان تكون قيمته مبينة في وثيقة النقل، قدر التعويض
على اساس القيمة الحقيقية لما ضاع او تلف في جهة الوصول وفي اليوم المحدد له
طبقا للسعر السائد في السوق . فإذا لم يكن للشيء سعر معين حددت قيمته بمعرفة
خبير يعينه قاضي الأمور المستعجلة.
٢- وإذا كانت قيمة الشيء مبينة في وثيقة النقل، جاز للناقل ان ينازع في هذه القيمة،
