Article 20 of Commercial Code

1- If serious grounds arise giving cause to fear mismanagement by the minor's representative, the court may withdraw the authorization provided for in the preceding article without thereby prejudicing rights acquired by third parties. 2- Within the twenty-four hours following issuance of the order withdrawing the authorization, the court registry administration must notify the Commercial Register Office thereof for entry therein and publication in the Register's gazette.
