Article 21 of Commercial Code

1 - Women's capacity to engage in trade is governed by the law of the State whose nationality they possess. 2 - A foreign wife who engages in trade professionally is presumed to do so with her husband's permission. If the applicable law permits the husband to object to his wife's engaging in trade professionally or to withdraw his previous permission, the objection or withdrawal of permission must be entered in the commercial register and published in a newspaper. The objection or withdrawal of permission shall have no effect except from the date of its publication in the commercial register gazette and shall not prejudice rights acquired by third parties.
