1 - The agent may not contravene his principal's orders; otherwise, he shall be liable for the resulting damage. 2 - However, if the agent ascertains that carrying out the agency in accordance with the principal's orders would cause the principal serious damage, he may defer carrying out the agency until he consults the principal. - The agent may defer carrying out the agency if he has no express instructions from his principal concerning it until he receives those instructions. Nevertheless, if necessity requires urgency, or the agent is authorized to act within the bounds of what is beneficial and appropriate, he may carry out the agency as he sees fit, provided that he exercises due caution.

١ - ليس للوكيل أن يخالف أوامر موكله، وإلا كان مسؤولاً عن الأضرار التي تنجم
عن ذلك.
٢ - على أنه إذا تحقق الوكيل أن تنفيذ الوكالة حسب أوامر الموكل يلحق بالموكل
ضررا بليغا، جاز له أن يرجئ تنفيذ الوكالة إلى أن يراجع الموكل.
- وللوكيل أن يرجئ تنفيذ الوكالة إذا لم تكن لديه تعليمات صريحة من موكله
