1 - The agent shall be liable for damage sustained by things he holds for his principal's account unless such damage arises from causes of force majeure, unusual circumstances, defects existing in those things, or is damage necessitated by the nature of the things. 2 – The agent shall not be obliged to insure things received from the principal unless the principal requests insurance or insurance is required by custom.

١ - الوكيل مسؤول عن الأضرار التي تلحق الأشياء التي يحتفظ بها لحساب موكله
ما لم تكن هذه الأضرار ناشئة عن أسباب قهرية أو ظروف غير عادية أو عيوب
موجودة في هذه الأشياء أو كانت أضرارًا اقتضتها طبيعة الأشياء.
٢ – ولا يلتزم الوكيل بالتأمين على الأشياء التي تسلمها من الموكل إلا إذا طلب
