١ - على الوكيل أن يوافي الموكل بالمعلومات الضرورية عما وصل إليه في تنفيذ الوكالة،
وأن يقدم له حسابًا عنها.
٢ - ويجب أن يكون هذا الحساب مطابقا للحقيقة. فإذا تضمن عن عمد بيانات
كاذبة، جاز للموكل رفض الصفقات التي تتعلق بها هذه البيانات فضلاً عن حقه
