If the principal has no known domicile in Kuwait, his agent's domicile shall be deemed his domicile, and he may be sued and served with official documents there in relation to which the agent carries out for his account.

إذا لم يكن للموكل موطن معلوم في الكويت اعتبر موطن وكيلـه مـوطـنـا لـه، ويجوز
مقاضاته وإخطاره بالأوراق الرسمية فيه وذلك فيما يتعلق التي يجريها الوكيل
