English translation
A trader must keep at least the following two books: 1 - The original journal. 2 - The inventory book. In addition to individuals engaged in a simple craft or small trade referred to in Article 17, traders whose capital does not exceed five thousand dinars shall be exempt from this obligation.

يجب ان يمسك التاجر على الأقل الدفترين الآتيين:
۱ – دفتر اليومية الأصلي.
۲ – دفتر الجرد. ويعفى من هذا الالتزام ، عدا الأفراد الذين يزاولون حرفة بسيطة
او تجارة صغيرة المنصوص عليهم في المادة ۱۷ ، التجار الذين لا يزيد رأس مالهم على
