English translation
The bank must notify the depositor of every matter or right relating to the security that requires obtaining his approval or depends on his choice. If the depositor's instructions do not arrive in due time, the bank must deal with the right in a manner benefiting the depositor, and the depositor shall bear the expenses of the transactions carried out by the bank, in addition to the commission.

على البنك أن يخطر المودع بكل أمر أو حق يتعلق بالورقة ويستلزم الحصول على
موافقته أو يتوقف على اختياره، فإذا لم تصل تعليمات المودع في الوقت المناسب،
وجب على البنك أن يتصرف في الحق بما يعود بالنفع على المودع، ويتحمل المودع
