English translation
1- The bank shall return the deposited securities as soon as the depositor requests it to do so, allowing for the time required to prepare the securities for return. 2- Return shall take place at the place where the deposit was made. The bank must return the deposited securities themselves unless the parties agree, or the law permits, the return of equivalents.

۱ - يلتزم البنك برد الأوراق المودعة بمجرد أن يطلب منه المودع ذلك مع مراعاة
الوقت الذي يقتضيه إعداد الأوراق للرد.
٢ - ويكون الرد في المكان الذي تم فيه الإيداع ، ويلتزم البنك برد الأوراق المودعة
