If the lessee does not pay the safe-deposit box rent after fifteen days have elapsed from his being served with a demand for payment, the contract shall be deemed automatically rescinded without the need for a judicial judgment.

إذا لم يدفع المستأجر أجرة الخزانة بعد مضي خمسة عشر يوما من إنذاره بالوفاء اعتبر
