Article 405 of Commercial Code

The bill of exchange shall contain the following particulars: 1 - The words bill of exchange written in the body of the instrument and in the language in which it is written. 2 - The date of creation of the bill of exchange and its place of creation. 3 - The name of the person required to pay (the drawee). 4 - The name of the person to whom and to whose order payment must be made. 5 - An unconditional order to pay a specified sum of money. 6 - The maturity date. - The place of payment. - The signature of the person who created the bill of exchange, the drawer.
