Article 404 of Commercial Code

1 - Actions for correction of the account owing to an error, omission or duplication in an entry, or other corrections, shall not be admissible after the lapse of six months from the date of receipt of the statement of account relating to liquidation, which shall be sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt. 2 - In all cases, every action relating to the current account shall be time-barred upon the lapse of five years, and this period shall run from the date of closure of the account.
