English translation
1 - The capacity of a person obligated under a bill of exchange shall be determined by reference to his national law. -2- If a person lacks full capacity under his national law, his obligation shall nevertheless remain valid if he affixed his signature in the territory of a State whose legislation considers him to have full capacity.

١ - يرجع في تحديد اهلية الملتزم بموجب الكمبيالة الى قانونه الوطني.
-٢- وإذا كان الشخص ناقص الأهلية طبقا لقانونه الوطني فإن التزامه مع ذلك
