English translation
The obligations of minors who are not merchants and of persons lacking legal capacity arising from their signatures on a bill of exchange as drawers, endorsers, acceptors, guarantors by aval, or in any other capacity shall be void solely in relation to them, and they may invoke this nullity against every holder of the bill of exchange.

التزامات القصر الذين ليسوا تجارا وعديمي الأهلية الناشئة من توقيعاتهم على الكمبيالة
كساحبين أو مظهرين أو قابلين أو ضامنين احتياطيين أو بأية صفة أخرى تكون باطلة
