English translation
1 - Whoever signs a bill of exchange on behalf of another without authorization from him shall be personally liable under the bill of exchange. If he pays it, he shall acquire the rights that would have accrued to the person whom he claimed to represent. 2 - This provision shall apply to anyone who exceeds the limits of his authority as representative.

۱- من وقع كمبيالة نيابة عن آخر بغير تفويض منه التزم شخصياً بموجب
الكمبيالة فإن وفاها آلت اليه الحقوق التي كانت تؤول إلى من ادعى النيابة عنه.
