Article 415 of Commercial Code

1 - A bill of exchange may be drawn in several identical parts. 2 - The number of each part must be placed in its text; otherwise, each part shall be deemed a separate bill of exchange. 3 - Every holder of a bill of exchange that does not state that it is a sole part may request parts thereof at his expense. To that end, he must re- refer to the person who endorsed it, and that person must assist him in referring to the preceding endorser, and this shall continue in succession until the drawer is reached. - Every endorser must enter his endorsement on the new parts.
