English translation
1 - Payment of a bill of exchange under one of its parts shall discharge liability, even if it is not stipulated therein that such payment invalidates the other parts. However, the drawee shall remain obliged to pay under each part accepted by him unless he recovers it. 2 - And for the endorser who endorsed the parts of the bill of exchange to different persons, as well as the endorsers subsequent to him, they are liable under the parts bearing their signatures which they have not recovered.

١ - وفاء الكمبيالة بموجب احدى نسخها مبرئ للذمة ، ولو لم يكن مشروطا فيها
أن هذا الوفاء يبطل حكم النسخ الأخرى غير أن المسحوب عليه يبقى ملزمــا بالوفاء
بموجب كل نسخة مقبولة منه ما لم يستردها.
٢ - وللمظهر الذي ظهر نسخ الكمبيالة لأشخاص مختلفين وكذلك المظهرون
