English translation
If the bill of exchange bears signatures of persons having capacity to incur obligations under it, or its signatures are forged, or signatures of fictitious persons, or signatures which for other reasons bind neither their signatories nor those in whose names the bill of exchange was signed, the obligations of the other signatories thereto shall nevertheless remain valid.

إذا حملت الكمبيالة توقيعات اشخاص لهم اهلية الالتزام بها أو توقيعاتها مزورة أو
توقيعات لأشخاص وهميين أو توقيعات غير ملزمة لأسباب اخرى لا لأصحابها
ولا لمن وقعت الكمبيالة بأسمائهم، فإن التزامات غيرهم من الموقعين عليها تظل
