Funds for payment shall be deemed to exist if, at the maturity of the bill of exchange, the drawee owes the drawer or the person ordering the drawing a specified sum of money that is due and is at least equal to the amount of the bill of exchange.

يعتبر مقابل الوفاء موجودا إذا كان المسحوب عليه مدينا للساحب أو للأمر بالسحب
في ميعاد استحقاق الكمبيالة بمبلغ معين من النقود واجب الأداء ومساو على الأقل
