English translation
1 - Acceptance must be unconditional. Nevertheless, the drawee may limit it to part of the amount of the bill of exchange. 2 - Any alteration of the particulars of the bill of exchange occurring in the wording of the acceptance shall constitute a refusal to accept it. Nevertheless, the acceptor shall remain bound by what is contained in the wording of the acceptance.
