English translation
Any person having a right of recourse against other persons liable under the bill of exchange may recover his entitlement by drawing a new bill of exchange on one of his guarantors, payable at sight and payable at the domicile of that guarantor, unless otherwise stipulated.

لكل من له حق الرجوع على غيره من الملتزمين بالكمبيالة أن يستوفى حقه بسحب
كمبيالة جديدة على أحد ضامنيه تكون مستحقة الوفاء لدى الاطلاع وواجبة الوفاء
