1 - The recourse bill of exchange shall comprise the amounts specified in Articles 482 and 483, plus any commission paid and any other fees prescribed by law. ١ - تشتمل كمبيالة الرجوع على المبالغ الوارد بيانها في المادتين ٤٨٢ و ٤٨٣ مضافا
اليها ما دفع من عمولة وأية رسوم اخرى مقررة قانوناً.
٢ - وإذا كان ساحب كمبيالة الرجوع هو الحامل، حدد مبلغها على الاساس الذي
تحدد بموجبه قيمة كمبيالة مستحقة الوفاء لدى الاطلاع مسحوبة من المكان الذي
استحق فيه وفاء الكمبيالة الأصلية على المكان الذي فيه موطن الضامن.
- وإذا كان ساحب كمبيالة الرجوع هو أحد المظهرين حدد مبلغها على الأساس
الذي تحدد بموجبه قيمة كمبيالة مستحقة الوفاء لدى الاطلاع مسحوبة من المكان
