English translation
1 - Payment by intervention must be evidenced by writing a receipt on the bill of exchange stating the person for whose honour payment was made. If the receipt lacks this statement, payment by intervention shall be deemed to have been made for the honour of the drawer. 2 - The bill of exchange and the protest, if made, must be delivered to the payer by intervention.

۱ - يجب اثبات الوفاء بالتدخل بكتابة مخالصة على الكمبيالة يذكر فيها من حصل
الوفاء لمصلحته. فإذا خلت المخالصة من هذا البيان اعتبر الوفاء بالتدخل حاصلا
