English translation
In the event that an action is brought, limitation periods shall run only from the day of the last procedural act therein. 2 - Limitation shall not run if a judgment is issued for the debt or the debtor acknowledges it in a separate instrument by an acknowledgment resulting in novation of the debt.

لا تسري مواعيد التقادم في حالة رفع الدعوى إلا من يوم آخر إجراء فيها.
٢- ولا يسري التقادم إذا صدر حكم بالدين أو أقر به المدين في صك مستقل إقرارا
