Article 506 of Commercial Code

A promissory note shall contain the following particulars: 1 - An order clause or the expression “promissory note” written in the body of the note and in the language in which it is written. 2 - The date and place of making the note. - The name of the person to whom or to whose order payment must be made. 4 - An unconditional undertaking to pay a specified sum of money. h - The maturity date. 6 - The place of payment. 7 - The signature of the maker of the note.
