Defendants sued for the debt shall, notwithstanding expiry of the limitation period, declare on oath their discharge from the debt if requested to swear it, and their heirs or other successors shall swear that they do not know that their predecessor died while indebted. Title Two Promissory Note

يجب على المدعى عليهم بالدين، رغم انقضاء مدة التقادم أن يقرروا باليمين براءة
ذمتهم من الدين إذا طلب إليهم حلفها، وعلى ورثتهم أو خلفائهم الآخرين أن
