English translation
An instrument lacking any of the particulars mentioned in the preceding Article shall not be considered a promissory note, except in the following cases: a- If the instrument lacks a statement of its place of making, it shall be deemed made at the place indicated beside the maker’s name. b - If it lacks a statement of maturity, payment shall be deemed due at sight.

السند الخالي من أحد البيانات المذكورة في المادة السابقة لا يعتبر سندا لأمر، إلا في
الاحوال الأتية:
أ- إذا خلا السند من بيان مكان إنشائه، اعتبر منشأ في المكان المبين بجانب اسم
المحرر.
ب - وإذا خلا من بيان ميعاد الاستحقاق، اعتبر الوفاء لدى الاطلاع عليه.Ask about this article
