English translation
Instruments shall be written by the Department's employees in Arabic in clear handwriting containing no additions, interlineations or erasures. The signatures of the persons concerned therein shall be authenticated in the presence of two adult witnesses of sound mind. The instruments shall be reviewed and then registered in the registers prepared for that purpose.

تكتب المحررات بمعرفة موظفي الدائرة باللغة العربية بخط واضح غير مشتمل على
اضافة او تحشير او كشط ويصادق على توقيعات ذوي الشأن فيها بحضور شاهدين
