Article 18 of Real Estate Registration Law

If the instrument is registered by way of entry, it must include a list of the following particulars: First - The creditor's name, surname, place of residence and nationality. Second - The name of the debtor or of the owner who created the right over his property if he is not the debtor, his surname, nationality and place of residence. Third - The date and number of the instrument establishing the debt. Fourth - A statement precisely identifying the real property over which the right was created. Fifth - In the case of a possessory mortgage of real property, a special statement concerning the lease to the mortgagor debtor shall be included if stipulated in the mortgage contract. The contract shall not be invalidated for the omission of any of these particulars unless this results in harm to third parties and pursuant to a judicial judgment.
