Article 21 of Real Estate Registration Law

An application to register the right of inheritance must be accompanied by the following papers: First: Sharia certificates establishing inheritance. Second: Proof of the capacity of the person acting in the stead of the applicant for registration. Third: The origin of the deceased's ownership of the immovable properties mentioned, subject, in respect thereof, to the provision of Article Fourteen of this Law. If the origin of the deceased's ownership is also inheritance, the application must be accompanied by proof of that inheritance.
