Authentication books - A sufficient number of serially numbered books for the authentication of signatures shall be prepared at the Department, in which a description of the instrument, the names of the parties concerned and their places of residence, the names of the witnesses and the name of the competent employee shall be recorded, with all of them signing the register and the instrument.

مسلسلة يذكـر بهـا بيان للمحرر واسماء ذوي الشأن ومحال اقامتهم واسماء الشهود
