English translation
The General Awqaf Department shall undertake dispositions on behalf of charitable waqf entities after obtaining the Sharia Court's approval of such dispositions. As for family waqfs, dispositions concerning them shall be undertaken by their administrators appointed by the founder of the waqf, or by whomever the court appoints if the waqf deed does not provide for an administrator.

تقوم دائرة الاوقاف العامة بالتصرف نيابة عن جهات الوقف الخيري بعد اخذ
موافقة المحكمة الشرعية على هذه التصرفات.
أما الاوقاف الاهلية فيتصرف فيها نظارها المعينون من قبل الواقف او من تعينه
