English translation
When a person acts in another’s place in any disposition by way of agency, appointed guardianship or curatorship, as well as supervision of a waqf, that person’s capacity and the extent of the authority conferred upon him must be verified, and he must be required to provide the official documents supporting the same.

عند قيام شخص مقام غيره في تصرف من التصرفات عن طريق الوكالة ، او الوصاية
، او القوامة ، وكذا النظارة على الوقف فيجب التحقق من صفة هذا الشخص
