English translation
Anyone who unintentionally causes injury to another or inflicts tangible harm upon him, where this arises from recklessness, default, negligence, inattention or failure to observe laws and regulations, or from breach of the requirements of the principles of his office, profession or trade, shall be punished by imprisonment for a period not exceeding one year and a fine not exceeding five hundred dinars and not less than two hundred and fifty dinars, or by either of these two penalties. )2(

كل مــن تســبب في جــرح أحــد أو إلحاق أذى محســوس بــه عــن غير قصــد، بــأن كان ذلــك
ناشــئا عــن رعونــة أو تفريــط أو إهمــال أو عــدم انتبــاه أو عدم مراعــاة القــوانين واللوائح،
او عــن اخلالــه بما تفرضــه أصــول وظيفتــه او مهنتــه أو حرفتــه ، يعاقــب بالحبــس مــدة
لا تجــاوز ســنة واحــدة وبغرامــة لا تجــاوز خمسمائــة دينــار ولا تقــل عــن مائــتين وخمــسين
