English translation
Anyone who gives a misleading signal, makes a call, or issues instructions or warnings capable of misleading a ship, aircraft, or any other means of maritime or air transport, intending to harm persons or things or to destroy the means of transport, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years and a fine not exceeding three hundred and seventy-five dinars, or either of these two penalties. If these acts result in serious injuries to one or more persons, the penalty shall be imprisonment for a term not exceeding fifteen years, to which a fine not exceeding one thousand one hundred and twenty-five dinars may be added. If they result in the death of a person, the penalty shall be death or life imprisonment.

كل من أعطى اشارة مضللة أو وجه نداء أو أصدر تعليمات أو تحذيرات من شأنها
تضليل سفينة أو طائرة أو أية وسيلة أخرى من وسائل النقل البحري أو الجوي،
قاصدا الإضرار بالأشخاص أو بالأشياء أو اتلاف وسيلة النقل، يعاقب بالحبس مدة
لا تجاوز خمس سنوات وبغرامة لا تجاوز ثلاثمائة وخمسة وسبعين دينارا أو بإحدى
هاتين العقوبتين.
فإذا ترتب على هذه الافعال اصابة شخص أو أكثر بجروح بليغة، كانت العقوبة
الحبس مدة لا تجاوز خمس عشرة سنة، ويجوز أن تضاف إليه غرامة لا تجاوز ألف
ومائة وخمسة وعشرين دينارا. وإذا ترتب عليها وفاة انسان، كانت العقوبة الاعدام
