English translation
The penalties mentioned in Articles 154 and 164 shall be imposed on any person who has custody of an animal, mechanical machinery or any other thing involving a danger threatening life or health, and fails to take the requisite precautions to avert that danger, resulting in the death of a person or harm to him.

يعاقب بالعقوبات المذكورة في المادتين ١٥٤ و ١٦٤ كل شخص يقوم بحراسة حيوان
أو آلات ميكانيكية أو أي شيء آخر ينطوي على خطر يهدد الحياة أو الصحة، ولم يتخذ
