Article 172 of Kuwaiti Penal Code

Any person who negligently commits an act that gives rise to danger to persons or things on a public road, a public navigation route, an airport or an aircraft landing ground, or fails to take reasonable care to preserve a thing in his custody so that such danger arises, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year and a fine not exceeding seventy-five dinars, or by either of these two penalties.
