English translation
Theft shall be punishable by life imprisonment, to which a fine not exceeding one thousand one hundred and twenty-five dinars may be added, if the following five conditions are all met: First: That this theft was committed at night. Second: That the theft was committed by two or more persons. Third: That at least one of the perpetrators has a visible or concealed weapon with him. Fourth: That the perpetrators entered an inhabited house or a house prepared for habitation by climbing over a wall, breaking a door or the like, using false keys, or any other unusual means of entry. Fifth: That they commit the theft by coercion or by threatening to use their weapon.

يعاقب على السرقة بالحبس المؤبد، ويجوز أن تضاف إليه غرامة لا تجاوز ألف ومائة
وخمسة وعشرين دينارا، إذا اجتمعت الشروط الخمسة الآتية :
أولا : أن تكون هذه السرقة قد ارتكبت ليلا.
ثانيا : أن تكون السرقة وقعت من شخصين فأكثر.
ثالثا : أن يوجد مع واحد على الأقل من الجناة سلاح ظاهر أو مخبأ.
رابعا: أن يكون الجناة قد دخلوا دارا مسكونة أو معدة للسكنى بوساطة تسور جدار
أو كسر باب أو نحوه أو استعمال مفاتيح مصطنعة أو أية وسيلة أخرى غير مألوفة
للدخول.
خامسا: أن يرتكبوا السرقة بطريق الاكراه أو التهديد باستعمال سلاحهم.Ask about this article
