English translation
Theft shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years, to which a fine not exceeding seven hundred and fifty dinars may be added, if committed at night by three or more persons, at least one of whom is carrying a visible or concealed weapon.

يعاقب على السرقة بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز عشر سنوات، ويجوز أن تضاف إليها غرامة
لا تجاوز سبعمائة وخمسين دينارا، إذا ارتكبت ليلا من ثلاثة اشخاص فأكثر يكون
