Law Index 145 Home Page Kuwaiti Penal Code Law No. 16 of 1960 Promulgating the Penal Code and its Amendments Anyone who exploits a person's need, recklessness or inclination and lends him money at exorbitant interest shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year and a fine not exceeding seventy-five dinars, or by either of these two penalties.

كل من استغل حاجة شخص أو طيشه أو هواه وأقرضه نقودا بربا فاحش يعاقب
بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على سنة وبغرامة لا تجاوز خمسة وسبعين دينارا أو بإحدى
