English translation
The foregoing penalties shall be imposed on anyone who, through deception, induces another to sign, seal, or place a fingerprint on an instrument creating, extinguishing, or transferring a right, or induces him to destroy that instrument, draw up a paper concerning it, or make an alteration to it.

يحكم بالعقوبات السابقة على كل من حمل غيره، عن طريق التدليس، على توقيع
أو ختم أو وضع بصمة على سند منشئ أو مسقط أو ناقل لحق، أو حمله على اتلاف
