English translation
A person who commits one of the acts stipulated in the preceding Article in the accounts of legal persons shall not be criminally liable if the perpetrator committed the act in execution of an order issued to him by the representative of the legal person, despite having alerted him that the act falls within those acts. In this case, criminal liability shall rest with the person issuing the order.

لا يســأل جزائيا من ارتكب أحد الأفعال المنصوص عليها في المادة الســابقة في حســابات
الأشــخاص الاعتباريــة إذا كان الفاعــل قــد ارتكــب الفعــل تنفيــذا لأمــر صــادر إليــه مــن
ممثــل الشــخص الاعتبــاري على الرغــم مــن تنبيــه إيــاه إلى أن الفعــل ينــدرج ضمــن تلــك
