English translation
Anyone who consumes food or drink in establishments prepared for that purpose, even if residing therein, or occupies a room in a hotel or the like, knowing that it is impossible for him to pay the price or charge, and flees without paying it, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 1 year and a fine not exceeding 75 dinars, or by either of these penalties. 2 - Fire

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز سنة واحدة وبغرامة لا تجاوز خمسة وسبعين دينارا أو
بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين، كل من تناول اطعمة أو اشربة في محال معدة لهذا الغرض
ولو كان يقيم فيها، أو شغل غرفة فندق أو نحوه وهو يعلم انه يستحيل عليه دفع
الثمن أو الاجرة، وفر دون الوفاء بذلك.
