English translation
Anyone who fraudulently obtains, for himself or another, a passport, licence or certificate that the law requires to be obtained shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year and a fine not exceeding seventy-five dinars, or either of these two penalties.

كل من حصل بطريق التدليس على جواز سفر أو ترخيص أو شهادة يوجب القانون
الحصول عليها، لنفسه أو لغيره، يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز سنة واحدة وبغرامة
