English translation
No criminal proceedings shall be instituted against anyone who commits theft by extortion, fraud, or breach of trust, to the detriment of his husband or wife, ascendants or descendants, except upon the request of the victim, who may halt the proceedings at any stage and stay the enforcement of the final judgment against the offender at any time.

لا تقام الدعوى الجزائية على من ارتكب سرقة ابتزازا أو نصبا أو خيانة امانة، اضرارا
بزوجه أو زوجته أو أصوله أو فروعه، إلا بناء على طلب المجني عليه، الذي له أن
يوقف اجراءات الدعوى في أية مرحلة كانت، وأن يقف تنفيذ الحكم النهائي على
