English translation
Anyone previously sentenced to a felony penalty who is proved subsequently to have committed a felony or misdemeanour shall be considered a repeat offender. The court may sentence a repeat offender to more than the maximum prescribed by law for the offence, provided that twice that maximum is not exceeded.

يعد عائدا من سبق الحكم عليه بعقوبة جناية وثبت ارتكابه بعد ذلك جناية أو
جنحة.
ويجوز للمحكمة أن تقضي على العائد بأكثر من الحد الاقصى المقرر قانونا للجريمة
