Article 89 of Kuwaiti Penal Code

After revocation of release, the convicted person may be released for another period in accordance with the provisions stipulated in Article 87. In this case, he must serve three quarters of the sentence remaining to be served upon revocation of release. If the sentence is life imprisonment, he may not be released again before four years have elapsed. If the released person's conduct deteriorates during this second period, release shall be revoked in accordance with the provisions of the preceding Article, and the convicted person may not thereafter be released.
