Article 36 of Title Register Law

If the owner disposes of the entire immovable property, his share therein, or a part thereof, a cancellation mark (×) shall be placed in red ink beside his name on both sides. The particulars concerning his successor in particular title shall then be written in black ink on the immediately following blank line, according to the details set out in Article (33) of these Regulations. These particulars shall be taken from the instrument evidencing the bank.
